Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TriVisionTech (“we”, “us”) handles information on the website trivisiontechglobal.com (the “Site”) and in the Android apps we publish on Google Play (the “Apps”).
In short
- You do not need an account, and the Site has no advertising, no analytics and no cookies.
- The web tools run in your browser. What you type or upload into them is not sent to us.
- A few tools only work by asking an outside service for data (exchange rates, GitHub, icons, AI images). They are listed below, with what they receive.
1. Who is responsible
TriVisionTech, an independent software studio based in Brazil, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact details are in section 11.
2. What the Site processes
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time). We use it only for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse.
Messages you send us. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we receive what you send (such as your name, address or number, and the message) and use it to reply.
What you enter in the web tools. Calculators, converters, generators, text tools, image tools and the rest process your input on your own device. Images you open in the image tools are not uploaded. We never receive the values you type or the results you generate.
Tools that contact an outside service. These tools send a request from your browser to a third party. That party receives your IP address and the details below, under its own privacy policy:

The LinkedIn search builder only builds links. Nothing is sent until you choose to open one, and then you are on LinkedIn or Google under their policies.
App images. App icons and screenshots are loaded from Google Play’s image servers (play-lh.googleusercontent.com), so Google receives your IP address and standard request data when those pages load.
Stored on your device. The Site remembers a few things in your browser, such as your light/dark theme choice. It also keeps offline copies of pages so they work without a connection. None of this is sent to us. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Embedded tools
Other websites may embed our tools. The tools behave there exactly as described above. The rest of the page you are visiting belongs to that website, under its own privacy policy.
4. Our Android apps
Our Apps are designed to keep your data on your device. In most cases an App processes your content locally, such as documents, transactions, media, notes or authentication secrets, and does not send it to us or to any server we control. The data each App collects, uses or shares, if any, is disclosed in its Data safety section on Google Play, which is the authoritative, up-to-date source. Google Play handles distribution and installation under Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Why we use information (legal bases)
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and working.
- Messages: answering the request you made to us.
- Outside services in tools: providing the feature you chose to use.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
6. Who receives information
- Our hosting provider, which stores the Site and its server logs.
- Google, for app images and Google Play distribution.
- The tool services in section 2, only when you use those tools.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
7. How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Our host keeps server logs for a limited time. What is stored on your device stays there until you clear it (see the Cookie Policy).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD, you may have the right to:
- access, correct, delete or export your personal data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent.
To use any of these rights, contact us (section 11). You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Brazil, that is the ANPD.
9. Children
The Site and the Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. International transfers
We are based in Brazil. Our hosting provider and the services listed above may process data in other countries, where data protection laws may differ.
